Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines what you may and may not do with the SovereignEG API. We enforce this policy to protect our users, our infrastructure, and the broader community.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the SovereignEG API to:

2.1 Illegal Activity

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate content that facilitates illegal activity
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financing of terrorism

2.2 Harmful Content

• Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
• Generate content that promotes violence against specific individuals or groups
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery
• Create deepfakes for deception or harassment

2.3 Deception

• Impersonate individuals or organizations
• Generate misleading content presented as factual (e.g., fake news, fake reviews)
• Create automated accounts that misrepresent themselves as human

2.4 Privacy Violations

• Extract personal information from prompts or outputs for surveillance
• Attempt to re-identify anonymized data
• Process personal data without a lawful basis

2.5 Infrastructure Abuse

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or authentication
• Reverse-engineer the models or infrastructure
• Use the API to benchmark competitors without permission
• Launch denial-of-service attacks

2.6 High-Risk Decisions Without Human Oversight

• Make autonomous decisions about employment, credit, housing, or criminal justice without meaningful human review
• Provide medical, legal, or financial advice presented as authoritative

3. Enforcement

Suspended organizations retain read access to their usage and billing data.

4. Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, email support@sovereigneg.com with as much detail as you can (including X-Request-Id if you have it).

5. Appeals

Suspended users may appeal by emailing support@sovereigneg.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
