1. Agreement

By accessing or using the SovereignEG API ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

SovereignEG provides an AI inference API compatible with the OpenAI API specification. The Service processes requests through large language models and returns generated text. SovereignEG does not persistently store prompt or completion content.

3. Accounts and API Keys

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your API keys.
  • You must not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Free-tier usage is subject to monthly token quotas as described in your plan.
  • Paid usage is billed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) based on token consumption.
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data and Privacy

  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
  • We do not use your prompts or completions to train models.
  • We do not persistently store prompt or completion content.

  • You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs.
  • We retain ownership of the Service, its software, and documentation.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SovereignEG's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate for violations with notice where practicable.
  • On termination, API keys are immediately revoked.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice at least 30 days before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.
